·       Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation

Responsibilities:

·       Prepare and cook menu items

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

·       Work efficiently under pressure

·       Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation

·       Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Part-time prep/pastry cook

Qualifications:

·       Experience with baking and pastry-making in a professional kitchen

·       Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

·       High standards for cleanliness and sanitation

·       Physically able to lift up to 50# and carry product up and down stairs

 Responsibilities:

·       Consistently bake various breads, crackers, and pastries

·       Preparing all items on our dessert menu to a high standard

·       Rotating and maintaining the pastry case

·       Preparing ice creams, sorbets & various sauces
