Join us for a special evening with a legendary restauranteur whose family influence spans across multiple generations. Joe Muer is synonymous with classic seafood and fresh fish dishes served in an elegant fashion with simple preparation.
The amical Foundation and the amical chefs will offer a four course menu featuring classic Muer appetizers, entrees and sides along with the man himself. Joe Muer will be meeting and greeting in the dining room while the kitchen turns out his family recipes for your dining enjoyment.

First Course
Deviled Crab Cake
jumbo lump crab meat, chopped egg & corn meal served with grainy mustard sauce

Oysters Rockefeller +
baked oysters on the half shell with spinach, Pernod and Parmigiano Reggiano
Second Course
Lobster Bisque
rich broth with butter-poached lobster, sherry & cream

Roquefort Wedge +
baby romaine, hard-boiled egg, bacon & tomatoes with Uncle Bill’s French dressing
Entrées
served with rice pilaf and a choice of Joe’s creamed spinach or stewed tomatoes
Crab Stuffed Sole
West Coast Petrale sole, jumbo lump crab meat, Old Bay seasoning, lemon & bread crumbs, baked & served with beurre blanc

Scallops a la Muer +
pan-seared scallops in a classic Muer sauce made with garlic, butter, lemon, & sherry
