 Joseph M. Matyskella 1957-2007

Our amical family suffered a significant loss with the passing of long-time sous chef Joe Matyskella. On May 24, 2007 Joe suffered a heart attack while asleep. He leaves behind his wife, Rachel and newborn son Alexander. All of us will miss him in ways we haven't even discovered.
