The August dinner menu keeps the focus on local ingredients. The Farmer's Market entree addition has been a hit with Glacier Springs trout from Bellaire, potatoes from Bardenhagen's farm along with many other products. We added Corn Cakes and a Corn & Black Bean Salad, Orange-Black Pepper Cured Salmon and a Bacon Wrapped Filet with Gorgonzola Butter to this latest offering.
